Hello friends and welcome to my channel. In this channel you will learn how to cook delicious low carb food and treats completely without the use of white flour or white sugar.

Hi, love your recipes but would appreciate you showing the crispness of your finished products. None of your recipes show this. I have baked with coconut flour and erythritol many times but have not achieved a crispy result like you say you have.
In order to get a crisp texture it's best to let these sit on your cooling racks overnight so the coconut flour and monkfruit sweetener can fully dry.
Do you have to use cheese?
Yes the cheese is part of what holds everything together

I always make sure to powder sweetener as it can regranulate when it cooks again. Im disabled and cant be bothered with shapes. I use a bread pan and cut with a butter knife. Ive also put parchment and just cut squares.

It has real fruit, not long if at all.
It's made with real fruit so I wouldn't leave it at room temperature.

Janet, do you think that adding some gelatin might add a bit of that bagel "chew"? I think I may try it out actually. I've yet to attempt bagels, but they've been sounding really good lately~ which is how I landed here. =) Plus, they are so fun to make sandwiches, burgers, pizza, etc. Good old toasted w/butter & cream cheese is my favorite, likely always will be. Also right there w/you on adding yeast to bread recipes, since it really does add a lot of flavor. As always, thanks so much for your clear, concise & delicious recipes! I do wish UA-camrs would post the written recipe in the drop down box - very important for people with food allergies. I've sat through so many videos only to find 15 minutes in that I can't eat it.
I might try to add some fat, eggs & collagen to make them more ice cream than popsicles but great ideas for bomb pops! I did them last yr but didn't freeze layers separately so Yours look WAY better than mine 😍 Mine also didn't have the fantastic color Yours have as I am trying to eat Clean to heal autoimmune stuff. Can we use unshelled seeds ? Because the shells hava a lot of fibre in them
I use sunflower seed kernels which is basically just the seed

But will that benefit for baking is what I am asking. Cause it will have more fibre. It could potentially act as psyllium husk I feel. What do you think maam ?

Hey, when you said 250 mL my bread came out kind of crumbly. It’s probably because I used grass fed ghee instead of butter but if you have any like good suggestions for me, please leave them in the reply section of this comment. but the water mount was actually 240 mL not 250 mL. Please fix this in your recipe.

Th thank you for your recipes. I will definitely try it. I also would like to make some suggestion. I usually make bread w/egg yolks, sour cream, egg white protein powder and collagen in 11"x7" silicone pan. After baking it, I let bread to sit in off oven for 30-40 minutes, this prevent egg/dairy baking of deflating.

@@cj-nw7khThis is not all my recipe, I used Chris Cooking Nashville pancake recipe and I doubled and adjusted it to make a bread. You can search UA-cam for his pancake recipe. I rechecked size of my pan and it is 11”x9½”, also for this portion of dough I’ve made it in both silicone (6) cavities bun mold + 9”x9” square mold. 1 ½ cup sour cream 3 egg yolks 1 whole egg Pinch of salt (do not overdo) 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter 2 tbsp beef gelatin ¾ cup egg white protein powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk all ingredients, except baking soda and vinegar. Grease silicone mold. Put baking soda on top of dough and pour 1 tbsp of vinegar over it to activate, gently mix it in dough, add another 1 tbsp of vinegar and mix it again. Dough will be pancake consistency. Immediately transfer dough in to pan and in to oven. Bake for 28-30 minutes, turn oven off and keep bread in it for about 30-40 minutes, to cool slowly. Bread comes out about 1” to 1 ½” tall. I cut it by squares and slice each square a half to use for sandwich.
Did you make your own mayo? If not, were you able to find mayo that wasn't made with seed oils?
I haven't tried to make my own mayonnaise. I use Great Value or Everyday Essential brands. They both contain soybean oil.

Is it possible to freeze the pizza crust? Would I have to bake it for a few minutes then cool then freeze? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
@@toandiloya585 The cooked pizza can be frozen. I wouldn't freeze the uncooked pizza dough. The coconut flour would most likely absorb the moisture and the dough would be very dry when thawed
They look really good. I've made the egg white based bread variations that several keto UA-camrs (like Indigo Nilly, Marie Emerich, and a few others)were going wild over last year, and really liked it, and this looks similar except it has the sunflower seed flour added. Does it get that slight chokey feeling when you swallow it like those can, or does the sunflower seed flour eliminate it?

I made these again - in muffin form as I did before - but this time I combined your recipe with one from Low Carb Love. She makes chocolate cookies with pumpkin. I figured the pumpkin and avocado would suit well as a pair, the one made of fats and the other of carbs, so I made a mash up of the two recipes. I used 1 can of pumpkin puree, 1 avocado, 1 cup cocoa (didn't need this much I think), 2 tsp instant espresso powder, 1 1/4 cup sweetener (prolly could use just 1 cup), 3 egg whites (whipped with the sweetener a little but this step probably wasn't necessary), 2 pinches salt, 1/4 cup PB fit powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 scoops whey chocolate protein powder. I made some in a large muffin silicone mold and some in a mini muffin mold. Needed about 27-30 minutes at 350. Very moist and delicious, and I like the flavor addition of the pumpkin to the avocado! Either they married well, or the mass dump of cocoa powder overpowered both and that's why they taste good. 😆 The large muffins didn't really hold their rise due to the weight of all the moisture, my best guess - and this is probably why you used a donut mold, to get the heat through the middle (see, I catch on eventually. 😆 Still taste great. The batter makes about 17 large muffins or 40 mini muffins, so it's a lot and I'll be freezing some. Without this donut recipe above I never would have tried avocado in my baking but I always learn something from you! Thanks again!

I'd always assumed Hawaiian rolls was a brand, I'd never imagined they'd be sweet and pineapple flavoured! Might still try these with savoury flavours as your recipes are reliable and tasty 😊

Challenge complete! FIVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐EASY forgiving recipe and delicious too. This turned out really well in spite of my doing things a bit backwards, like halving it (easy!) but not writing out the halved amounts (really only a problem with the coconut flour, first ingredient so a re-do was possible!) and then putting things in the wrong order--flour, cheeses, nutritional yeast (oops, not even called for!), when do I add these eggs? So I just grabbed a big fork and worked it all together till it was grainy and I realized I forgot the butter I had melted and left standing in the microwave. Poured it round and stirred and mashed it more, then gathered it up in a ball and squeezed and patted it together, patted out as a lovely dough, easily patched and joined, onto parchment into a 7" pan, 1" deep. Since I used my air fryer (convection cooker, really) I should have taken the temp to 375. It browned seriously at 400 but did not burn, light coating of sauce helped (like they use at Costco) plus cheese again on top and hot pepper bits! Parchment paper made it easy to remove. It was ever so slightly cake-like in texture (probably a mixing order issue), but very delicious and slices did not droop when picked up! Used a very light coating of spaghetti sauce, chopped mozzarella and meat sticks. Wonderful! Been so long since I had something so close to the pizzas I love. Thanks for this recipe which truly ANYONE CAN MAKE!

So much for "quick"....not having a stand mixer and standing for 15 minutes using a hand mixer is too long for me....but they look good
When I need stiff whites, like for cloud bread, it only takes about 3-4 minutes with my handheld mixer. I wouldn’t let the long whipping time keep me from trying this recipe. I think if I were to mix them that long, they’d end up breaking and being ruined.

Tip to help with eggy flavor: remove the chalaza (the semi-solid white squiggly part) from the egg white with tongs or a fork!!! Works like a charm!
